About Me:
Brock Briggs

I’m an entrepreneur, just like the founders I hope to partner with. While I didn’t build a business from scratch, I’m taking a different kind of leap: acquiring and growing a durable business through grit, accountability, and a long-term mindset.I come from a blue-collar family. My dad worked hard so my brothers and I could have access to opportunities, and my mom stayed home to make sure we made the most of them. That foundation taught me discipline and work ethic. The Navy strengthened both where I spent four years in aviation, including a deployment aboard the USS George H.W. Bush. After earning a degree in finance and completing a master’s in data science, I became Chief of Staff at gWorks, a GovTech software company. There, I led M&A transactions, solved tough operational challenges, and helped empower teams across the organization.Boise Idaho is currently home for my family of four. We take full advantage of the wonderful outdoors Idaho has to offer. Gardening, hiking, and camping during the summer and snowboarding and snomobiling in the winter. While we enjoy our time at home, we are constantly in search of adventure and travel locally and abroad on a regular basis.Today, I’m focused on acquiring and operating a durable business where I can bring my energy, care for people, and long-term mindset to help grow something meaningful. If you're looking to learn more about me, I have a podcast where I interview business owners and try to dive deep into specific topics. There are over 100 episodes documenting how I think and operate if that interests you.Scuttlebutt Podcast

  • No pressure or aggressive timelines

  • Flexible deal structures built around your goals

  • Long-term ownership—I’m not here to flip your business

Selling a business doesn’t have to be drawn out or mysterious. Here’s how it typically works:
